Your continued use of our website or services constitutes your consent to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently.

If our business undergoes a fundamental change such as a sale or merger, we may disclose your personal information to the other parties in the transaction so that we may continue to provide products and services to you.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

From time to time we may team with an agency, individual, or other website to conduct special promotions. We only establish a business relationship with other persons or entities that we believe trustworthy. In such cases, each of the participating third parties may collect or receive personal information from you if you provide information directly to them. We might also exchange, share and/or cross-reference information, including contact information about you that will enable such persons or entities to contact you regarding products and services that may be of interest to you. We recommend that you review their privacy policies to understand how they handle your personal information.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may contract with companies or persons to provide certain services including credit card processing, shipping, data management, promotional services, website hosting, etc. We call them our Service Providers. We give our Service Providers the information needed for them to perform these services. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SOCIAL NETWORK POSTING

Our websites may provide links to other third-party websites that are outside our control and not covered by this policy. For example, our websites provide social network posting and sharing buttons that allow you to post links to our content on your social network pages. When you click on these buttons or other links on our websites, the third party operating the linked site may be collecting information about your browser, device, and online activity through its own tracking technologies and subject to its own separate privacy policy, which may differ from ours. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.

LEGAL DISCLOSURES

Although unlikely, in certain instances we may collect and disclose your information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against persons or entities that may be causing injury to you or us regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or violations of our Terms of Use. We may also disclose your contact information when we believe the law or legal process requires it.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We take reasonable precautions to protect the security of information that you share with us. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure; and we cannot guarantee that information you provide us won’t be intercepted during transmission over the Internet. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our websites, and you do so at your own risk.

We urge you to keep your password in a safe place and not to divulge it to anyone. Also remember to log off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit. This is to ensure that others cannot access your account, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place such as a library or Internet café.

COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

Some of our Service Providers, including Google, may use cookies and collect information on our behalf. In addition, in connection with the services that they provide to us, certain Service Providers of ours, including Google, may work with third parties who may use cookies to collect anonymous information to tailor advertising for you and others elsewhere on the web based on prior visits to our website. These third parties do not have access to any contact information about you. Most web browsers accept cookies and similar data, but you can usually change the browser settings to prevent this. If you would like to opt out of accepting cookies altogether, you can generally set your browser to not accept cookies or to notify you when you are sent a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. If you delete, decline, or disable cookies, however, some functionality of this website may be lost, and certain features or services may not work.

Third parties that have content embedded on our website may set cookies on your browser or obtain information. Our third-party providers may also collect personal information as described in the section above.
