The 5" Cache Pot Sprout House Mini Terrarium is a lot of function in a small space. It creates a greenhouse environment perfect for starting seeds, housing carnivorous plants, succulents, and a variety of tropical plants. Control the internal humidity with the adjustable vent on the top of the removable dome. The terrarium dome is made from high-grade acrylic for clarity and durability and the base is made with Artstone’s lightweight and durable blend of stone and resin, giving it a unique and natural surface pattern. This unique terrarium comes in a bright, giftable box and is an excellent choice for both new and accomplished gardeners.

How should I pot my plant?
Since this terrarium is quite versatile, follow the plant’s instructions on the appropriate recommended layering of potting media. For most plantings, add a small amount of activated charcoal on the bottom of the planter. Then, top with a perlite medium, like small pebbles. Finish filling the planter to the bottom of the rim with a light to medium weight potting mix or the recommended potting medium for your plants. Routinely adding plant food, according to plant’s directions, will dramatically increase the health, beauty and fullness of the plants in your Cache Pot Sprout House Mini Terrarium.
What is the Cache Pot Mini Terrarium made of?
The Cache Pot Mini Terrarium's base is constructed from Artstone material, which is a proprietary blend of resin, colorant, and crushed limestone. The result is a durable bottom planter that has a beautiful, marbled look. The dome lid is made from high-grade acrylic for clarity and durability.
Is the Cache Pot Mini Terrarium self-watering?
No, the Cache Pot Mini Terrarium does not include a built-in self-watering feature like most of our other Artstone resin planters.
Does the Cache Pot Mini Terrarium have drainage holes?
No.
