Unlike porous clay pots that cause the soil to dry out quickly, plastic planter pots have non-porous walls that reduce air movement in and out of the root zone. So, if you prefer to avoid frequent watering, plastic planters have a distinct advantage.
Built-in feet provide proper airflow and reduce the chance of water pooling under the decorative planter pot. In addition, Countryside Tub Planters are UV-protected, recyclable, and will last for years.

How should I pot my plant?
Add a small amount of perlite medium on the bottom of the tub planter. Finish filling with a light to medium weight potting mix. Routinely adding plant food, according to plant’s directions, will dramatically increase the health, beauty and longevity of the plants in your Countryside Tub Planters.
