Are mounting brackets included with these window boxes?
Yes! Black mounting brackets are included with Madison Window Boxes. Note that you will need to provide the screws.
How should I pot my plant?
Add a small amount of perlite medium around the outside of the self-watering area. Finish filling the planter with a light to medium weight potting mix. Routinely adding plant food, according to plant’s directions, will dramatically increase the health, beauty, and longevity of the plants in your Madison Window Boxes.
What is the Madison Window Box made of?

Is the Madison Window Box Planter self-watering?
Yes! Our window box has a built-in self-watering feature to keep your plants hydrated and healthy with less frequent waterings.
Does the Madison Flower Window Box have drainage holes?
No, but you can easily drill drainage holes into the bottom of the window box. We recommend doing so if you use the planter outdoors. Simply turn the planter upside down and drill the holes from the bottom into the rib that runs up the center of the planter. Holes should be about 3/8 inch in diameter and about six inches apart, all the way through both the inner and outer skins of the planter. To avoid disrupting the self-watering functionality, do not drill drainage holes anywhere else on the bottom of the planter other than in the depression area on the centerline of the planter.

We ship internationally to Canada only. We recommend using a freight forwarding service, such as DHL, if you wish to order and ship outside of the U.S. or Canada. All shipments from our facility must be sent to a U.S.- or Canadian-based address.

You can also view this map from FedEx to estimate how long a shipment will take to arrive after it leaves our warehouse. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
